Our Mission and Core Values
We are looking for a talented Social Media & Community Manager to join our team and help us build a strong community of basketball players both inside our mobile app and on external social media platforms. As a Social Media Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing social media strategies to engage with our community, and increase brand awareness and user engagement.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement social media strategies to engage with our community of basketball players, coaches and fans;
- Create and curate content for social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, TikTok, Discord, LinkedIn, etc.) to increase user engagement and brand awareness;
- Respond to user comments and messages on social media platforms and app stores in a timely manner;
- Manage social media campaigns and track their performance to increase the number of external and internal users;
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute social media campaigns;
- Monitor and analyze social media metrics to improve engagement and increase user retention;
- Organize engaging activities for the internal community such as online challenges and competitions;
- Stay up-to-date with social media trends and best practices;
- Build relationships with influencers, content creators, and other industry professionals to help grow our internal community;
- Manage activities and official channels within the internal community of basketball players, coaches, and fans;
