Job Description

As a UX/UI Designer at Level Up, you will be responsible for creating user-friendly interfaces for our digital platforms.

Responsibilities

• Designing and implementing user interfaces for our digital platforms
• Working closely with our development team to ensure the implementation of designs
• Conducting user research to understand the needs and behaviors of our users
• Creating and maintaining a design system that ensures consistency across our products

Required Skills

• Proficient in design software (such as Sketch, Figma, or Adobe XD)
• Understanding of UX principles and ability to apply them in practice
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Experience in conducting user research and usability testing
• Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus

Preferred Qualifications

• A degree in Design, Computer Science, or a related field
• At least 2 years of experience in a UX/UI design role
• Portfolio of UX-focused work samples for web and mobile applications
• Experience working with cross-functional teams
• Familiarity with data-driven design and the ability to analyze and interpret complex data
