Position:

We are seeking a part-time Technical Co-founder (CTO) with an accomplished track record in top-tier companies. This individual will combine robust software development, product management, and team leadership skills to our dedicated team. While this role starts part-time, individuals with savings and ready for full-time commitment on later stage would be a preferred choice but not a requirement.

Responsibilities:

1. Participate as a leader in strategic decisions impacting the technological direction of the company.
2. Lead a team of middle and junior developers, overseeing development projects and initiatives.
3. Write code personally when needed, driving software development practices and standards.
4. Drive continuous improvement in our systems and processes, leveraging the latest industry technologies and best practices.
5. Safeguard our unique combination of technologies, including LLMs (GPT), biomechanics analysis, wearable device data, and AR glasses.
6. Collaborate with stakeholders to understand needs and translate them into technical requirements.

Qualifications:

1. Experience in full-stack software development, emphasizing mobile app development using Flutter for iOS and Android, and AI technologies. Experience with computer vision and LLM is a plus.
2. Proficiency in .NET, and languages such as C#, F#. Familiarity with front-end technologies like React or Angular is a plus.
3. Proven experience as a CTO or similar leadership role in a top-tier company or successful startup.
4. Demonstrable experience in team leadership and ability to inspire and lead a team of developers.
5. Familiarity with the sports industry is a plus, though not necessary.
6. Exceptional problem-solving, decision-making, and strategic thinking skills.
7. Excellent communication skills and capacity to work in a dynamic startup environment.
8. Independent source of income or sufficient savings to sustain part-time or full-time commitment without immediate cash compensation.
