Position:
We are seeking a part-time Technical Co-founder (CTO) with an accomplished track record in top-tier companies. This individual will combine robust software development, product management, and team leadership skills to our dedicated team. While this role starts part-time, individuals with savings and ready for full-time commitment on later stage would be a preferred choice but not a requirement.
Responsibilities:
- Participate as a leader in strategic decisions impacting the technological direction of the company.
- Lead a team of middle and junior developers, overseeing development projects and initiatives.
- Write code personally when needed, driving software development practices and standards.
- Drive continuous improvement in our systems and processes, leveraging the latest industry technologies and best practices.
- Safeguard our unique combination of technologies, including LLMs (GPT), biomechanics analysis, wearable device data, and AR glasses.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand needs and translate them into technical requirements.
Qualifications:
- Experience in full-stack software development, emphasizing mobile app development using Flutter for iOS and Android, and AI technologies. Experience with computer vision and LLM is a plus.
- Proficiency in .NET, and languages such as C#, F#. Familiarity with front-end technologies like React or Angular is a plus.
- Proven experience as a CTO or similar leadership role in a top-tier company or successful startup.
- Demonstrable experience in team leadership and ability to inspire and lead a team of developers.
- Familiarity with the sports industry is a plus, though not necessary.
- Exceptional problem-solving, decision-making, and strategic thinking skills.
- Excellent communication skills and capacity to work in a dynamic startup environment.
- Independent source of income or sufficient savings to sustain part-time or full-time commitment without immediate cash compensation.
