Responsibilities of an HR Manager in an IT Company Developing Mobile Apps for Consumers and Businesses
The HR Manager is responsible for managing the human resources-related tasks. This includes, but is not limited to, the following:
- Recruiting and onboarding new employees.
- Managing the payroll and benefits administration.
- Coordinating and administering employee training programs.
- Developing and implementing workplace policies and procedures.
- Monitoring workplace safety and compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
- Addressing employee grievances and providing guidance and advice to employees.
- Assisting with the development and implementation of performance management systems.
- Developing and managing employee relations programs.
- Analyzing and reporting on HR data and metrics.
- Assisting with the development and implementation of strategies that attract and retain top talent.
- Developing and managing programs to promote employee engagement.
- Developing and coordinating employee recognition and rewards programs.
In addition to the aforementioned responsibilities, the HR Manager is also responsible for the recruitment and selection of a personal assistant for the CEO of the company. This includes, but is not limited to, the following:
- Identifying and sourcing potential candidates.
- Developing a job description and job requirements.
- Screening and interviewing candidates.
- Making final hiring decisions.
